HOW HAPPEN ARE CHAMPIONING CUSTOMERS’ VOICES

This piece was written as part of Happen’s User Voice portal launch for their Jim2 customers. The portal acts as a place where customers can go to have their say on the future and direction of the product.The brief for this piece was all about capturing the companies caring and compassionate tone for their customers which extends through to everything they do for them.
