One challenge we found in marketing online booking software to salon owners was that there was a lot of resistance due to the complexity that’s involved in booking a hair appointment - it’s not like booking at a restaurant where all the customer has to do is choose a time and place. This article was aimed at debunking some of the common misconceptions we had heard from the industry, and offering solutions to those concerns.
